DELIVERY

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We try to dispatch most of the items from the boutique within 1-2 working days of receiving it. For any custom made orders these can take between 1- 3 days to dispatch. Commissioned Portraits will take 1-2 weeks but you will be contacted throughout the process.

We use Royal Mail for UK orders which take between 1-3 working days to usually deliver. (Please note if you order on a bank holiday or Sunday it will take longer)

Also please bear in mind, if you are ordering during busy times like Black Friday, Christmas and Cyber Monday the postal service can take longer.

For International orders we ship with Royal Mail International, which usually takes between 19-18 working days.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

All orders are dispatched from Lincolnshire, UK.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

Not if you are buying from the UK.

For International orders an additional customs and tax fee can occur.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Please check your local customs office directly before purchasing.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

- Ask your local post office if they have your package.

- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier has left the package with them.

If the package is still not to be found please get in touch.

YOUR ORDER

I RECEIVED A WRONG/ DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.

To help us resolve this for you please email us at dogartbycharlieb@mail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee providing the item hasn’t been worn by your dog (items can be tried on for size). If the item was custom made for your dog’s neck size we won’t be able to offer a return for this unless its been made to the wrong size or was damaged or faulty on arrival.

Please get in touch if you would like a refund with an explanation as to why.
